Summary: A girl is abducted at a UFO hotspot. There are many similarities to Mulder’s sister’s abduction when he was a child. Providing some back story about Mulder and his sister’s disappearance. Several scenes are clear homages to Poltergeist and Close Encounters.

Summary: Eugene Tooms, who will make a reappearance later in the season seems to like to hibernate for 30 years, awake, and then eat the livers of 5 people before hibernating again. And he can squeeze into super tiny spaces and likes to kill people who seem to be unreachable.

Summary: The series jumps right in with an eponymous episode with the second most important recurring character in the X Files. Deep Throat tries to steer Mulder away from investigating the military research air craft. Deep Throat claims “they’ve been here for a long long time.”
