SXSW 2008 Wristband
Woo hoo!
This year you had to register for a lottery with your credit card with an Austin billing address. All wristbands are tied to a name, and you could only order two. South By Bob Noxious did the heavy lifting and I win.
I’d like to hear how many people signed up for wristbands, and if we got lucky or they successfully scared away all the people they were trying to. But I have a wristband with my name on it.

You will be able to pick up your wristband at the Austin Convention Center in Exhibit Hall 4 located at 4th Street and Neches beginning Sunday, March 9th at Noon. Each individual must pick up his or her own wristband. You may not pick up a wristband for another person. All wristbands are assigned by name, and are non- transferable. The wristband will be attached to your arm at time of pick up, and must not be removed until the festival is over. Please print this receipt and bring it with you when you pick up your wristband.
